Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses

The X-ray laboratory of the Central Laboratory was established in 2011 with two XRD devices and an X-ray fluorescence micro-analyzer. This laboratory is proud to provide high-quality XRD analysis to the general public by utilizing advanced laboratories and experts. In addition, the laboratory is prepared to provide training courses or advisory services as requested by researchers. AUT XRD analysis and expertise are available for an extensive range of sample types and applications.
